Disapointed and disgusted

I am distusted by FNB's service i applied for a credit card last week and still have not reveived any feedback, fisrtly it was approved and cancelled and then i had to go to the branch and sign for it again, and now i call the callcentre and they told me that il get it by next week Thursday

someone is messing up witth my profile you cant just have someone telling your account, as i the branch advised me
