I applied on line & where approved, I then went to the branch on the 28/06/2013. I was told 48 hours turn around time. I left the bank with a credit card that did not work, and I was never told that the card is linked to the loan. On Monday I was told I had to come back to the branch to re-sign the contract as there was a capturing mistake?? Really?? I went back to the branch & re-singed. then again, turn around time 48 hours. When I phone the call center all they can say is that my loan is being processed, that's it! It is now 1 week later & still no loan?
