A week without payout and no customer srevice

I went into the fourways branch on saturday the 7th of june and was approved for a loan and credit card on the same day, I was given the credit card and was advised that in 48 hours from monday I will receive funds in the credit card plus a personal loan taken out on the same day. It is now the 14th of may and I still have note received payout. I have been given the run around over the last 3 days between branch and headoffice with the only excuse being they need to verify employment. This takes a phone call and cannot take an entire week, and the fact that nobody even returns a call to give you an update. When I went into branch even the manager is on leave so you are left without any conclusion as to what is happening. So call the head office from the branch, they say my company profile is blocked but they have no idea why or when or how it can be unblocked. After this I just asked to cancel the loan and credit card.

Could I have someone from your bank contact me to get this sorted out.
