I applied in November 2012 for a joint application. However due to the rescinding of a court order, we had to wait. In March 2013 everything was approved, however by this time, my partner's work approved to settle all her accounts, which left me alone. I was then advised that a single application will be reworked and it was approved. I arrived at the branch 25/04/2013 to sign the contract and left. On 26/04/2013 the branch called me and said instead of cancelling the joint application, my single application was cancelled as well by error. I was then advised to re-apply for the same thing which I done. I have been contacting Credit assist since 26/04/2013 and every time I am been advised that it is with management for decision making. On 24/05/2013 I was said today 28/05/2013 that I will be advised which branch I need to go sign. I called 28/05/2013 and then I am told it will take 2 weeks for management to give an answer. I send emails and hardly get any feedback. This is taking to long, as this error was NOT cause by me, but by them.
