My fiance applied for a credit card with FNB Thursday morning. We made a mistake by enterering the home address as the place where the card must be delivered, but he phoned on Friday and asked them to please send this card to Karaglen branch. He was told that the card was already approved and that it should be at the branch soon. He would receive an SMS once it arrived. This morning he phoned the bank again as he still had not received the SMS. The card was still listed as being couriered to our home address, and the contact telephone number was incorrect. Once again my fiance asked them to send this to the Karaglen branch. He was told that due to this the card would only arrive by Friday. We already applied for this last week Thrusday! Out of curiousity he just phoned again, and the bank still has this card as being couriered to our house, and the telephone number is still incorrect!!! I honestly can't believe this!! FNB - Please arrange for this card to be sent to the Karaglen branch today. This is really not very impressive service!
