I have been a member of ONE PLAN for a number of years and battle a bit with the supposed `seamless` sms/phone into get funds etc. and needed to sort out long o/s claims. THANDO has been excellent in processing these and resolving them which has since made me decide to upgrade my Plan to the next level up! Recently had a hospital visit for myself and an emergency visit to the hospital for my son Michael and both claims were dealt with promptly by ONE PLAN! Most impressed! Thando assisted with my visit and a lady called Savega assisted with Michael`s visit!
