Received my statement today saying Im still in arrears. Phoned the call centre and got put on hold for 10 minutes before being cut off "automatically". Proof of payment was sent to RCS via my bank facility and a few days afterwards via my personal email address. I got a reply back saying they need the account number which was in the subject line!!! Ur costing me phone calls and data charges as I have to do YOUR JOB FOR YOU!!!
