Suspended twice!!!

I received a sms from Mtn saying that I am in Areas with my payments, which I know for a fact I am not! I sent them thru the proof of payment and 7days later what happened, they suspended my line, I called them and said my line has been suspend (I was holding for 44min before someone even picked up the call) after I sent thru the proof of payment, they told me that they see the proof there but nothing has been allocated to my account, I told them I do not want another one of these sms's as I did make payment. My phone was switched on. on 15Oct, as I woke up I saw that my line has been suspended once again, I called them at 5am, and told them I am not happy about this, so they put my phone on again. Yesterday late afternoon I received another sms which read the following "YELLO, YOUR OUTGOING CALL FACILITY HAS BEEN SUSPENDED PLEASE PAY R389.07 IMMEDIATELY AT ABSA BANK ACCOUNT NO. KIND REGARDS, MTN SP" I made payment of R414 on 1Oct, how can you keep suspending my line?? Who is not allocating this to my account?? I have never been so disappointed in MTN in my life.
