Ok, this is my 3rd complaint in the last 3 months

I took out a homeloan which was approved and everything was signed in April 2013. Somehow the bank took 4 months to give instruction to the attorneys to go ahead with registration. After many complaints no one was still able to tell us why it took so long.By middle July the house was registered and the bank expected their first payment. However, because of the delay with the registration process and the fact that I had to rent another house for longer that I wanted to, they told me because it was their fold they will move the first payment to the next month. Thus the installment went off, as arranged on the 1st of September. There was a retention of R10000 on the loan amount for broken tiles that we need to fix. We did that but now they only paid me back R6802.99. The rest of the money is apparently held back for insurance and service fee not fully serviced on my bond. WHY? FOR WHAT? I explained the situation to the call center on monday. He told he the payment is loaded and I will receive the rest of money yesterday. I haven't!! When I phoned again tot to find out what's the holdup but there were no record of a payment being loaded and they wasn't able to assist me AGAIN!
