Ad service and bad comiunication

On the 6 Sept 2013 I had a car accident and wrote my car off. So I did excatly what I had to do for absa. So a month after the accident they told me they needed my origanil registration papers for my vehicle. I lost the papers during a move to new home in 2005. So on monday the 14th of Oktober 2013 I went to get a affidafit went to the trafic department and applied for new registration. They told me I'm going to wait 6 to 8 weeks for it. I'm a single mom without a car now so I really struggle. I just feel absa should have told me in the 1st weak what they reqquire from me then I would have gotten the money already to buy a new car. There is really bad comunication between the insurance broker and the assesor. If I try to get hold of the assesor Dunken Ngcobo he doesn't pick up his phone. I'm just really unhappy with there laid back services.
