I have requested the original registration papers

I have contacted the ABSA Vehicle financing Call centre last year in November requesting my car's registration papers. They gave me the process to follow which I did and nobody got back to me. I have contacted them a few weeks after, just to find out that the request did arrive at the admin office, but I need to pay an amount of R325 to get a copy of these papers within 7 working days which I did immediately. After 7 days I still had no response and I left this during Christmas and new year festivities and only contacted them again this week (10-01-2013) in which they gave me and complaints number to contact (0800414141 with reference number : 2196555) and the call desk operator informed that they will get back to within 72 hrs, but I am not trusting ABSA to come back to at all. I cannot wait any more for these papers because the car was sold already in November 2012. I have friends which are currently experiencing the same issue with ABSA and we don't know what to do any more?
