Paid up a car in may 2011 and still havenot received papers from this bank, i have been phoning and the guys have been saying they will courier the papers to me, the car has to be in Nelspruit by Saturday the 14th but it cannot because it must be sorted before it goes as the new owner resides in Mpumalanga and I reside in Limpopo. I was told the papers will be delivered at my work place on the 12th but nobody came, i had to misuse my airtime the whole day and eventually someone at the call centre phoned and said they can no longer get hold of their driver then they will deliver papers on Monday, after 3 minutes I phone them again and another member said their courier had an accident and papers were returned in jhb, i mean this happened in 3 minutes, who can travel from burgersfort to jhb in 3 minutes?? I find this very unacceptable and disappointing especially because absa is a big bank, and now we must suffer because the bank is selfish and poorly managed, now the deal with my client has to be damaged because I made a false promise??? shame on ABSA
