Still no registration papers after a yea

I settled a vehicle of mine a year ago with ABSA vehicle finance. I requested a quote from them on the settlement and paid the settlement amount on the same day and forwarded to them the proof of payment.

I want to sell this vehicle now, but I still have not received the registration papers from them.
