Mr Julian Chetty has been handling my claim following my car accident until the authorisation of the claim. Notwithstanding that the process is always an anxious and frustrating one, I have to compliment Julian for his efficiency, constant and honest update. Now that the repair has been authorised, I hope for similar efficiency from the repairer.
