Bad Customer Service

Needless to say that ABSA has no customer service. I phoned two weeks ago to request my registration papers for my paid up vehicle with ABSA and they have told me that I will have it within 5 - 7 working days. I am still waiting for ABSA at Braamfontein to phone me and notify me that the papers have arrived. I phoned Head Office myself this morning to find out where my documents are, then they gave me a number to phone to track the documents. My documents have arrived at ABSA Braamfontein on the 15th March 2013. They didn't phone me once.
