African bank my money

I settled my account last week. On Thursday I receive a confirmation SMS saying "MS thank you for referring your African bank query to us. We acknowledge receipt of your documents for proof of payment". So they obviously received the monies.

This morning my salary goes in. Tinggggg... There goes African bank. Tinggggg again there goes African bank AGAIN.

They debit my account TWICE for an account that has been settled.

Who the are you to just take how ever much money how ever many times out of my account when ever you feel like it.

I am sure I can open a case against you. I will contact my scorpion legal consultant and hear what my rights are here. And you will be held liable for any honorary fees for any other debit orders which fails because you took to much money out of my account.
