UNAUTHORISED DEBIT ORDER

I took out a personal loan with African Bank and signed an agreement with them that my debit order will go off my bank account on the 25th of each month (Payday). However, this morning my bank sends me a sms to say African Bank took off their monthly debit order and left me with no money in my bank account. Today is the 22nd of the month. I consider this as I did not give them signed permission to take off debit orders any time of the month when they feel like it. I wrote to the branch manager Luvo Mafunda and various other people at African bank, complaints dept, consumer advocate, etc, and clearly marking my e-mails as urgent. I want them to reverse the debit order and put the money back into my account by close of business today. However, I have not heard a word from anyone except the branch manager to say he has forwarded my query to another department. I am highly upset and will never use African Bank ever again, nor will I advise anyone else to do so.
