Good day, I settled this loan on the 23rd August. there was then interest added to this account after I settled the account. I called in and was told that the interest will be written of as I was not liable for it. I was then debited for the monthly instalment after I was told that I will not be debited. I went to the bank to revers the debit order as instructed, and was told that I could not reverse the debit order. I requested for a refund and am now told that only half the money will be refunded. I need this query resolved ASAP. Maybe I should consider changing banks...
