Disgusted with service

I am disgusted with FNB Temporary Loan Department. Ref - DLS78435.
I have recently received a sms stating that because my FNB temporary loan has been handed over to GL Inc Trust Account.
Firstly FNB didn't have the guts to sms or contact me and let me know that there was still an amount outstanding on the load. Then they were quick to hand me over for Legal action.
Is it so difficult to send an sms or phone a person and let them know what's happening and what should be done. I am sure that there are misfits that are sitting around and doing nothing that can phone people when problems like this happen.
