Dreammaker turned nightmare!

I have cancelled my dreammaker on time.
I waited the 10 working days for the money I so carefully saved only to discover to my horror that my money would not only be paid out too late (for the purpose I wanted it) but also Nedbank almost half of it.
I call it, because if a person trusts you with their money and then asks for it back, the full amount is expected - NOT HALF of it!
I asked to close my account and for my money to be paid in my very effective new Capitec bank account and I was advised not to because then the money would take longer (which I might as well have because the money was too late anyways and I was very embarrassed because of it).
So the account went into an overdraft and Nedbank deducted it from my money - not my fault!
Another amount is being held back for some reason... balance shows much more than is available.

I want my money - ALL OF IT!
If I were the one to owe YOU money I'd have to pay interest and if I paid late I'd have a bad credit record.
This is the kind of service I've come to know from Nedbank and is exactly the reason for my cancelling my account with you.
