My name is Johann Engelbrecht and i am currently under debt review. I applied for debt review process to enable me to pay all my creditors, without me having to worry about whether i will have money for food tomorrow. I am with Siyaya and they have reach agreements with all our creditors including Nedbank to pay them a restructured amount. For this past few months i have pay dilligently my money to the PDA, which in turn then pay it out to our creditors. To my suprise on the 2 December i went to the bank and found that Nedbank has deducted R2047.86 from my bank account, without me even knowing what it was for, and without me giving them authorisation to do so. I went to Nedbank in Kraaifontein, to find out why they deducted the money, the said, the agreement with siyaya was terminated and they are taking the money now directly from my account. Siyaya need to send evidence (documents) which can proof that they were paid and that the agreement is still valid; which Siyaya did. And now Nedbank is claiming the money they were deducting is extra money, because they were not happy with the initial fee agreed upon. Nedbank has no rigt takng our money without us givng auth
