Bond application - Personal Banker Resigning

I have
1. Left a request online for someone to contact me for a bond application
2. Requested the same from my personal banker - she did forward the forms but when I requested a meeting to get clarity on some of the required info she told me that she has resigned and doesn't know who to forward my request to.
SOOOO tired of the FNB ads where they promise good service...
