Since Aug. 2013, transactions were allowed by Nedbank on my credit card, without my consent.
This didn't happen once, but twice, despite of many telephonic conversations!
I refused to pay my credit card, simply not to make any money/funds available for to be committed. I also discussed my reason with Nedbank, at least 18 times - they should have recordings of telephonic conversations.
As soon as the unauthorised-problem seemed to have been resolved, I paid a huge amount to my account - all 'missed-payments-for-a-very good reason', paid up to date! However -
In Dec. 2013 I had severe damage to my property. I applied for an increase on my Nedbank credit card limit - as I trusted that Nedbank would help - to no avail.
Application has been denied, because of their incompetence!! Kindly find yourself another bank - maybe 'they' are more competent to be trusted by clients...
I also paid a settlement amount to another bank. I only wanted to do business with Nedbank - more control on accounts - easier. However - seems they are all peas in a pot... Taking your money, loving you when you have money, but not assisting when one needs money for valid reasons.
