Ok so we started a business and I thought I would use my nedbank account to purchase my products through paypal. the only reason why I still have this account is because my bond is with them and it makes life easier to transfer money back and forth. Anyway I tried to up my paypal limit... what they do is take 1$ or so off your account and they sent a 4 diget pin that appears on your banks statement. I waited over a week but nedbank refused to authorise this amount for some reason. Eventually they guy from paypal phoned but the nedbank staff appeared to doff to find the transaction that was done 12 of june! the money was reserved on the account but has not been authorised through nedbank. That's not even the worst some of my paypal transaction nedbank just decide that they might be and BLOCK my account for NO reason WITHHOUT even notifying me... how can FNB sort this out without me having to phone the bank in 24 hours that nedbank fails to do in a whole week. Also when FNB suspect's they phone and you either authorise the amount not like NEDBANK that just block everything without notifying you!!!
