On the 11 May I used the ATM at the Standard Bank, Midlands Mall in Pmb to draw R5000. The ATM did not issue the money so I went into the branch to report. I was given a new debit card as mine was faulty and told that I could not use the ATM as the card would take 24 hrs to be updated. I went to the teller and drew the R5000. When I checked my account I realised that the R5000 was debited twice which I was told would be rectified automatically, when this was not done I lodged a complaint and was refused as the ATM machine had balanced. I lodged another complaint and was continually refused. I even asked them to check their cameras at the ATM to see that the money was not issued by the ATM.
