On the 27/04/2013 i went to draw money out my account & was robbed of R5000 within secs, i called to cancel my card & call centre agent confirmed all was done & to my great surprise thinking all was good the following day another R5000 was taken out my acc due to the fact that fnb staff is useless she never cancelled my card, oh & just to let u know this was my whole salary i had not spent a cent of it, i then went the monday to sort all out & was helped by staff at the woodstock branch who noted & submitted all my details. i was told someone would investigate & get bck to me & till today i am still waiting for the department to get bck me regarding my 1st R5000 that was . they had quickly given bck the R5000 that was the sunday coz some silly girl didnt cancel my card but they have not come bck to me regarding the other five that was after my card was swolled, i knw that all banks are insured for cases like these yet they didnt protect my money & feel i should just write it off or is the actually in the bank & they are protecting themselves & dont have my families interest at heart, all other banks return
