ATM card or cloned R5000 gone

When to draw money at atm, person in front of me took his slip and left, i put my card in and then tried to enter my pin but nothing happened, that same person that was there before me came back and said i must push another button and before i could chase him away he was gone and i was not sure if my card came out or what, phoned capitec to cancel my card but before they could cancel my card that drew R5000 out of my account, how did he get my pin and how did he know to draw my max limit of R5000? Reported it to capitec and they want 35 days to investigate? I cant wait that long for this to be sorted, please help asap, i need my R5000 back, please get in touch with me
