Faulty fone and bad service received

Opened a cheque acc @golden walk on the 24Apr with salesperson Felicity after I qualified 2 take a smartfone on a contract so she sent me 2 pick it up @eastgate branch which I did.got a salesman Lupo who was very impatient with me nt explaining the diff in the fone n the explanation as well.on the 30Apr the device was freezing n switching itself off while it was full then I called Felicity who advised me 2 reset my setting n I spoke 2 her again on the 4May n she said I mst take it 2 the branch which I did on the 11.got the branch mananger who said he cant help on the day bt can only help on monday n promised 2 call me n he never did.monday I went back 2 the branch got help from Rozz who told me I hv 2 take my fone 2 sumsung personal 2 b repaired then I asked abt cooling off n she said fnb doesnt hv on fones which I knw al consumers hv dat. I called their call center on 14 spoke 2 Kgomotso who promised 2 get back 2 me bt didnt, called again n spoke 2 Ntombi n also promised 2 call bt also didnt.got no communication this far from fnb n I told them dat I want 2 cancel the existing contract n take a new 1 even if its more jst need a gud fone not this samsung mini anymore
