My car has been in and out of repairs since 19 Oct 2012 after a accident on the 11 Oct 2012. Outsurance hardly phones back with feedback. Telling me I can take my car to the repairer on 29 Oct 2012, but my car has been towed by Outsurance and in their storage yard. It is 19 March 2013, yes 5 months later, still no car. The Outsurance approved repairer messed up my car so badly one will not believe, but Outsurance is still backing the repairer. Phoning a supervisor or Manager, you will find that they are always in meetings. Leaving a message is a waste of time as they never phone back. On 1 December I phoned Outsurance once again to complain that my car still is not repaired to satisfaction after the 3rd time, they told me that I must sort it out with the repairer myself. This is still on-going. I already went back 7 times to this repairer, Ger-Matic Auto body. After taking my car for the 5th time, Outsurance sent a assessor out to assess the car, he agreed that the car is still not good. Took the car back on 21 Feb 2013. The car is currently still with Ger-Matic Auto Body.
