I am disappointed to write about african bank again,
i called in in July to make arrangements to skip payment.
to my surprise the amount was deducted on my account which i did not follow up.
on August the installment was deducted AGAIN amount of R 697.31 with additional R348.66
I did not realize this until this month when the same amount was deducted then i called
your customer service on Wednesday and i was promised that the money will be refunded in 24-48 hours.
call ref# 10027595.
I was told that i will receive an sms to confirm this which has been received till now.
I called your customer service today and i was told i should be getting a call before 1pm today
with the feedback if my money will be refunded or NOT.
no feedback, no phone call and no sms...
i want my money back this is very pathetic!!!
