I am the embarrassed owner of a PocketPos Credit card device supplied by Nedbank. The fact that processing the order, delivering and twice returning the machine did not already indicate a big problem is amazing.
The machine does not work, it declines any card without a pin chip, I should refrace that, it only approved my own credit card and on the rare odd occasion a clients card. Two be exact - 24 sales 2 successful transactions.
Nobody at Nedbank Credit Card devision can help but will gladly refer your complaint to the pocketpos department who will reply in 24 hours. All I want is for Nedbank to take back this poor "excuse" for technology and I will find a company that does credit card processing.
Biggest probelm now is who the do I return it too - they will let me know in 24 hours
