Funds were taken from my savings account apparently by Retail Recovery in respect, according to Nedbank, of a credit card balance from 1988, on 30th July 2013. I have not had a credit card with Nedbank since 2003, when I was sequestrated and my card was cut up. The second meeting of creditors was on 12.9.2003 when Nedbank agreed to full and final settlement with Bellville court. I had no say. The limit on this kind of dispute is 3 years. I have received no invoice, statement or demand. The money was simply, whilst I was waiting for much needed funds to clear. I demand repayment and the promise that this will not happen again. Jason Jordaan is requesting proof of sequestration which I do not have and which is irrelevant as the Bank needs to prove that I am indebted, after 25 years.
