You know very well this isn't true. On the voice recording you sent I clearly told the lady that I do not promise to pay and she should send me details. "I'm not promising that I'll pay" were my exact words. How did that turn into an arrangement? She suggested that I should make a payment of R50. There's nowhere in the recording I make an arrangement. I don't care what sms you decide to send afterwards, proof is in the recording. Unless I didn't hear the recording correctly, tell me in my own words where I said I'd pay.
And while you're at it with your hounding, I too request the following from you:
- A copy of the loan agreement.
- The latest statement of account from inception of loan to date.
- A complete and detailed breakdown of legal costs (this must be itemised, NOT a general figure)
Not that if you do have these docs everything is above board. I need to know that while you're busy pestering me, you are in fact in possession the original agreements. The days of being bullied by criminal debt collecting companies are coming to end because consumers are starting to learn about their rights.
