I went online to their support facility, and Charmaine assisted me in sourcing the actual bank transaction on their banking profile when I sent them a copy of my bank statement showing the double transaction. In a matter of minutes she had found the transaction, replied that they would rectify this and I soon had an SMS with the voucher numbers to claim my prepaid electricity. What a super service they supply. I am very impressed.
