I used PrePaid24 to purchase electricity. The number of units remaining on my prepaid meter was running pretty lean. After making an online payment and trying to access the token to obtain the code the service was temporarily unavailable so I logged onto the website and sent a request to the support centre as I couldn't find a contact number. I must admit, I'm a sceptic when it comes to getting results from web communication and prefer direct contact. Low and behold, within minutes of my enquiry I had a response from PrePaid24 advising me that my token was claimed on my behalf and the code with all details was advised by e-mail to which I reponded positively and was further impressed when Sune responded to say that they strive to exceed expectations everyday. Well done Sune & PrePaid24! Great job!
