Just had the pleasure of chatting to a live chat agent, Steven Le Roux, at Prepaid24. The are not able to process my transaction for the Cape Town area and issue me with the electricity which I bought over the weekend. This despite the fact that it clearly states on their website that they CAN process the transaction for Cape Town users.
I also had another live chat agent on the line last night trying to figure out where my payment went. She suggested I log another transaction to one of their other bank accounts to process things a bit faster (riight). So now I have two transactions processed by my bank, but no electricity!
They would now like me to log a helpdesk request on their website (because the chat agent can't actually do anything it seems), then supply my banking details, and then they will refund me soonest.
What a massive waste of time.
