We used to reside in George and when wanting to buy Pre-Paid electricity, inadvertently supplied the old meter number instead of the new Pretoria meter number. He took down my details and within 3 minutes, I had the 16 digit token to load into the Pre-paid meter - it was amazing and from now on, we will only buy pre-paid electricity through Prepaid24 - World Class Service indeed!!!
