While topping up my electricity, I discovered the landlord had not paid the municipal account resulting in an arrears. This meant I could not get a token for the electricity meter. Upon my instruction, Prepaid24 held onto the money until the landlord informed me the arrears was paid. I instructed Prepaid24 to continue with the transaction, however the payment for the arrears had not been cleared.
Prepaid24 continued to try processing the transaction and the following morning 07h00, I received my token.
