Excellent service!

I bought prepaid electricity from Prepaid24, but did not receive the sms with the token for the electricity bought.

I logged a complaint via Live Chat. The consultant Samantha Gibbs quickly responded and before I could fully explain to her what my problem was, I received the sms with the prepaid electricity token!

Now that is what I call excellent service!
