I used the FNB website to buy electricity. Upon confirming the OTP number, a system message displayed that the transaction could not be processed. I tried again and the same message displayed, indicating that the transaction could not be processed. Upon looking at my bank account 2 debits for R300.00 went through. I only need R300.00 electricity. Upon contactingt the call centre I was advised that FNB has a "no refund policy". I also was only provided with 1 token number!!! I only need R300.00 electricity. Who's fault is it that the system on FNB's side displayed error messages but then still processes the transactions!
I want the R300.00 reversed back into my account. I do not need an investigation, just reverse the transaction. Query reference 46335.
