My husband's car was involved in a car accident on the 22nd March 2013. We reported the accident to king price immediately. They promised to comeback to us, but never. Each time we had to call them to make follow-up in registering the accident, until our case was assigned to Shaldon. A week passed without hearing anything from him, we called, he then started to make arrangements for the car to be towed to the assessor. After two weeks of not hearing from him, we called to find out about the assessors report, he then told us that the report was not sent him. Then I told him that he was not doing his job because if I had not called, when was I going to know if the report was not back. The report was back, and he wanted to tell me that the statement given on how the accident happened did not mention the extend of the car damage. Then I asked him if that was not the work of the assessor??!! Neither me or him are qualified assessors, that's why the assessors are there to assess the extend of the damage!! Now it almost 2months, if they don't deliver. I'm going to expose them to SPEAK-OUT on SABC2! Watch it!! I'm also going to tell all people who joined in thru me to pull-off!
