I have to say, that I am a very responsible person all the time. After my 6, 000km cycling trip it was the first time in my entire life that I claimed for. Auto and General assisted me in two different occasions and in both they have done what they said they will do... insure my belongings. Thank you again Thabo, now I can buy my wife a brand new bicycle again, and for myself. Without you guys, I would not have had the money to replace the stuff. Thabo was efficient and he kept me up to date with every procedure all the time. I did not had to phone him at all to hear what was happening on Auto and General's side. And I want to thank Renet as well she has assisted me in my first claim on the 6th of September 2013.
