Appalling service and bad business practice

On the morning of 29 March 2013, my car slid on a wet road surface and hit the pavement. As a result the vehicle steering wheel was stiff and there were terrible noises from the front suspension. On the 10th of April Telesure towed the vehicle to their workshop for an assessment. I contacted Derek an assessor at Telesure and asked to make a proper assessment of the suspension of the vehicle because to me this is more important than anything else, to which he replied by saying he cannot do that, but the panel beater will assess the overall damage and fix accordingly. The car was sent to TC Auto body who I also called and asked to look at the suspension. Dial Direct informed me to fetch the car on the 10 May, but when I got there the suspension had not been attended to. I was told by TC, that they only look at what is in the assessment report and the suspension is not there. I left the vehicle there. On May 29 I got a call from a Lucinda Platt, who informs me that the damage is not as a result of the accident but wear and tear. Basically Dial Direct, Telesure and/or TC Auto body is covering for their incompetence and false assessment by refusing to fix the rest of the damages!
