Incompetence & Dishonest Assessment

Our vehicle has been at the panelbeaters since 3 October 2013 due to Discovery's assessor who's laziness, incompetence and blatant dishonesty resulted in an inaccurate assessment. The vehicle was involved in an accident and has suffered mechanical damages. The assessor 'assessed' and authorised scratches to the paintwork! The panelbeater informed us of this inaccurate and dangerous assessment and send the vehicle to third party who confirmed the mechanical damage!! To make matters worse, Discovery authourized a hired vehicle as per our policy only to have Avis car hire charge us for the hired vehicle once they had access to our credit card, whilst the hired vehicle was still in our possession, despite the fact that we pay extra on our policy every month for a hired vehicle. Shame on you Discovery - not only are you the most expensive insurance in town, but to behave in such a dishonest manner towards you customers who keep you in business? Explain yourself and please tell us what you going to do to compensate and maybe keep the customer despite your incompetence & blatant dishonesty towards your customers!!
