Disappointing service

I'm a policy holder of ABSA idirect car insurance.
My car was involved in a car accident where my front right side wheel and body was damaged. The wheel damaged was not fixed even though there was a report informing Ms Beverly (ABSA) and the repairer (B-Shaw, Goodwood) about the damages on the wheel.

Below is the report from Suspension City of which the repairer and ABSA ignored:
The right front steering knuckle damaged;
The right front tie rod end damaged;
The right front rack end damaged;
The right front lower control arm damaged and;
The right front wheel bearing needs to be replaced with the steering knuckle.

None of these as mentioned above were repaired nor were they quoted for.
Should this not be attended to asap, could result to a serious malfunctioning of the car and subsequently to a loss of my life and that of my family due accident caused by the damages still existing in the car.
I would like to know why Ms Beverly (ABSA agent) and the repairer (B-Shaw, Goodwood) ignored the report. Why did the repairer (B-Shaw coaches) refuse to give me the report? It cost me petrol money to go up and down trying to resolve this issue.
