Mistreatment and underpaying of accident damages

10th May 2013 was in accident. I inform my insurance and gave them details of accident that i was seeing at that time inc AR #. my car was movable unfortunately I only told them about the door as it was only what I saw at that time and tested my car that it is movable and confirmed with them that it is movable. After done with the report with the police I drove back home and realised that all the lights were on; on the dash board and I heard funny sound on the engine not knowing what that was. I alerted my insurance about that and asked them to assess/check what was the problem is on it. My car went for assessment on 14/05/2013 .insurance phoned me on the 15/05/2013 they'll pay the damages. Door part was ordered and myself doing a follow up with dodge for delivery. I asked about the engine and they told me that Its in my interest to take my car to Dodge as to obtain a report that its accident related if not they wont pay. I got it and they agreed to pay but still not all the damages unless they get full report. Report came and they confirmed that they will pay for others and I should pay the rest. Tyre is damage and they says I must pay for 50% to get me new tyre which I dispute.
