Card Cloning Victim - Twice now!

Nedbank has been amazing to me in the past and it still remains a bank with good overall service. However, yesterday I became the victim of card cloning/card skimming for the second time in under 7 months. Now, I don't blame Nedbank for what happened and its just sad that we live in a country with a high crime rate. BUT when Nedbank told me that they need a turnaround time of 6-8 weeks, it left me absolutely baffled and in a way paralysed. I'm a student who has been an intern at a company for two months and this salary is my only real source of money and now I have to wait close to 2 months for my 3300 rand. Its a bit disgusting considering just the other day Standard Bank turned around a R12 000 heist of one of my friends in 48 hours. I wouldn't even complain if you had said 3 weeks but 6-8 weeks is just a massive period of time, a luxury some of us cannot afford.
