After investigation in March 2012 the faulty listing from June 2011 was removed from record. The listing was found to be from a fault made by Standard bank where they sent the listing request incorrectly as payment was made and not allocated correctly. Then during a system update in September the listing was put back by default. The mistake made by Standard bank was now proved three fold via submitting all the e mails and correspondence over a seventeen month period. Yet the listing is not removed. They keep on saying they can only remove it if it was a mistake made by Standard bank. It was a mistake, a proved one. Yet since December last year I have had no feedback from William Matlanato or any other party after numerous attempts. They do not answer direct extensions and do not reply on any e mails. I lost my home loan application and have a bad credit listing because of their incompetence and lack of logic. Please can someone with the authority to resolve complaints and remove ITC mistakes please give this urgent attention.
