Bad Service with Home Loan Application

I applied for a home loan on 28 Feb 2013. All my details, full names, physical address etc. were on the offer to purchase.
All other required documentations were send to Zama on the 4th of March 2013. I followed up on the 8th as well as the 12th of March, as I did not receive any feedback from either private banking or Homeloans.
On the 13th, after following up again from my side, Pamela notified me that a letter of grant was issued by Homeloans.
When I followed up today with conveyance attorneys whether they received any confirmation from either Standard Bank or registering attorneys the informed me that they did not receive anything.
I phoned the registering attorneys today and personally went to their offices. She showed me the instruction form Home Loans. The following information was incorrect: My initials, no contact details, Employer incorrec, Physical address incorrect.
The attorney advised that SBSA should issue a new instruction to them. This process due to incorrect information from SBSA will now delay the whole process by at least another 2 weeks.
Offer to purchase expires today!!!
Due to SBSA I stand a chance to lose this deal. Very unproffesional service!!
