Incorrect evaluation for home loan

I went to Standard bank Eastgate on 13 April 2013 filled in all the requirements for homeloan with reference 4401670, I was advised to wait 5 to 7 working days for a response.

I get a response today confirming that i qualify but for the wrong unit, Standard bank evaluated the wrong place.

After me calling the call centre twice confirming that the address on the quotation and pre agreement was incorrect, the agent then says that the offer to purchase was not clear,

Surely if the offer to purchase was not clear Standard bank should have called to confirm the address before evaluating the incorrect property,

Now i get told that i need to wait another 3 working days.

Yet another appalling outcome from the bank that i bank with
